so after doing a little bit of research, and after a few pushes from some friends ive decided that im going to give training for 12 weeks at altitude a shot. i had about 5 places that i looked into....the usual crop of locations in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Cali. i finally narrowed the search down to the final place...and im off.

ive decided to train in mexico city. i know this sounds pretty crazy. put i pulled the trigger, and thanks to my new friend Javier Ronaldo-Rodriguez i have a safe place to stay. he promises to point me in the right direction and to set me up with the local group of cyclists.

ill be sure to keep you up to date, and if you dont hear from me youll know that ive been kidnapped and nat faulkner will be lucky enough to be the first name on the spokepost.com diary list.
